Jennifer brings more than two decades of experience as a Certified Financial Planner, attorney, wealth management executive, and executive coach. Prior to founding &Fox, she held senior leadership roles at national financial institutions, where she led wealth strategy initiatives within organizations overseeing more than $100 billion in assets. Her work focused on partnering with executives, entrepreneurs, and families navigating complex financial decisions. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Villanova University, where she has taught since 2023.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has emphasized that true, lasting success extends beyond ambition and skill, it requires alignment, clarity, and energy. Her perspective on leadership and transformation aligns closely with Entech’s mission to empower organizations through technology-driven innovation and purposeful growth.
